Orders from Kaufland are not in EXPANDO APP

Do you have "Download new orders" enabled in the Kaufland settings in EXPANDO APP?

What is the minimum price?

Minimum price helps you get into the buybox, and it is the lowest amount you are willing to sell the product for. Additionally, the minimum price is only applied if it helps you secure the buybox for the given product.

How to send an invoice to Kaufland?

Unfortunately, we do not have automatic invoice sending implemented at the moment. Invoices can be manually uploaded directly to the marketplace for each order via the icon next to the order number:

Alternatively, invoices can be included directly in the package for the customer.

Can I insert the shipping price directly into the feed?

The prices are not being correctly reflected on Kaufland

I want to send different prices for Kaufland DE, SK, and CZ


Products


I have far fewer products on Kaufland than I have in the feed

Products are automatically matched via the APP with what already exists in Kaufland's catalog. If a product is not in the catalog, it needs to be manually listed by providing the marketplace with the required product data. The complete guide on how to do this can be found here:
