📝 Product listing
Updated over a week ago

Just like on Amazon, you have two options for listing products - matching to an existing catalog and listing products that are not yet in the catalog.

1. Already listed products (matching)

Products have already been uploaded to Kaufland using barcodes (EANs), and you only need to match to existing products in the Kaufland catalog.

💬 TYPICAL EXAMPLE: Online store

I sell many products from various brands. I have the products in stock and quickly deliver them to customers. I have official EAN codes from the manufacturer for my products.

A disadvantage may be that some sellers listed the product with incorrect photos or descriptions, and you may end up sending something different to the customer than expected. However, this situation can also be resolved directly with Kaufland, and by providing the correct data, the product can be modified to match the data corresponding to the given EAN code. But if the customer receives incorrect or different goods than advertised, Kaufland is not liable for this error, and you must compensate the customer with your own resources.

2. Products are not listed

Products are not yet uploaded to Kaufland and need to be created.

💬 TYPICAL EXAMPLE: Manufacturer with their own products

I am a manufacturer or distributor of a brand that is not yet listed in the Amazon catalog. We will set up marketing for your products, obtain reviews, and ensure their sales.

If the products are not yet on Kaufland, they need to be created in the respective language and provided with an EAN code.

The product will be one of many in the category, and to start selling, much more work is needed. However, the advantage is that it will sell at your price. You will be the only seller.
