❗If the prices are incorrectly mapped to your Kaufland account, it may be due to:
Incorrectly set coefficients in the APP
A decimal point used instead of a comma to separate decimal numbers
Incorrectly set coefficients
You can check how your coefficients are set in the APP:
Click on “Sales Channels” in the left panel, scroll down, and click “Show Market."
Here, you can see how the coefficients are set for each Kaufland channel.
If you want to adjust them, click on “Set selling prices” and configure the formula according to your needs.
After making adjustments, confirm by clicking the orange “Continue” button.
