ℹ️ It is not possible to directly send the shipping price. Instead, a shipping template is used, meaning the utilization of a parameter that categorizes your products into different groups. These groups then correspond to the settings in Kaufland, where you can set the shipping cost for each group.
Shipping template
If you have shipping templates included in your feed, you also need to set them up in your Kaufland account.
After logging into your account, click on "Settings" → "Shipping settings" on the left.
You can configure shipping groups differently for all three Kaufland channels.
By clicking the “Add shipping group” button in the top right corner, you can add individual shipping groups.
The shipping group name must match the name in your feed. So, if your feed has a shipping template named "1," name it "1" in the Kaufland settings as well.
Next, you can set the price in the “shipping costs” field.
The "More items" field is used to increase the shipping cost with each additional item in an order (example: if you have the shipping cost set to €5 and "more items" to €1, if a customer orders 1 item, the cost will be €5, but if they order 2 items, the cost will be €6 (5+1)).
Transport time - the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package.
Free shipping from - here you can set the amount from which the customer will get free shipping (e.g., €200).
Click the “Save shipping group” button in the bottom right corner to save.
