Rejecting an Order Waiting for Acceptance
Go to **Orders** and locate the specific order.
Open the order by clicking on its number.
In **Actions**, select **Refuse**.
Full Refund
Go to **Orders**, in the **Status** dropdown, select **Completed orders**, and click **Apply**.
Open the order by clicking on its number.
In the order details, you have two options:
Use the **Refuse** button under the order's progress to refund the entire order.
Alternatively, if the order contains multiple products, use the **Refuse** button next to each product to refund a specific item.
ℹ️ In both cases, you have the option to decide whether to refund the shipping costs. If you only want to refund the product/order price, uncheck "I wish to refund shipping fees."
Partial Refund + Reimbursement for Shipping Costs
Go to **Orders**, in the **Status** dropdown, select **Completed orders**, and click **Apply**.
Open the order by clicking on its number.
Under the order progress, select **Commercial Gesture**, where you can choose the reason for the refund and the amount. You can choose a maximum of 20 EUR or 120% of the order amount.
