💡 Refunds for all orders are processed through "Orders Management" in the Kaufland.de Seller Portal.
First, find the order in Orders Management - Orders - Sent. You will work with the order using the "three dots" on the right.
Refunding the Full Amount of an Order
After clicking on the three dots, select Cancel all Items.
Here, select the reason and confirm by clicking Cancel Order.
Partial Refund
After clicking on the dots, select Partial Refund.
Select the reason and enter the exact refund amount, then confirm by clicking Confirm Refund.
