Find out how to cancel an order from Alza Trade

ℹ️ To cancel orders that already have a generated shipping label and are in the Unshipped status, it is necessary to first cancel the label.

⚠️ If the order has already been scanned at the branch or has been shipped for some time (e.g., it was returned to you because the customer did not pick it up or returned it), it is usually not possible to cancel the order because Alza API does not accept our call. In this case, you need to contact Alza directly to resolve the order.

In the Orders section, you will find the specific order you need to cancel by the order number (e.g., in case of its return). Click on the last icon of the three-dot menu and select "Cancel Order" and confirm.

✅ The application will automatically recognize why the order needs to be canceled.
