Kaufland offers a range of reports that can help increase sales.

Reports

Reports can be found in the Seller Portal - Reports.

The following reports can be downloaded:

Bookings

A very detailed report that contains comprehensive information about orders, including the customer's name, address, order price, and commission for Kaufland. If an order included multiple items, they are separated into individual rows. The report also displays cancellations with negative values, payouts, and the account management fee.

Sales

A more concise report that provides useful statuses: return_status and cancel_status, indicating whether an order was canceled or partially refunded.

Information about your competition and your products

  • Competitive comparison

For the selected report, choose the desired period, confirm, and select "Request reports". The report will be in preparation and move to "Requested reports". Once completed, it will be available for download in "Processed reports".

💡 To increase sales, the "Competitive comparison" report can be crucial, as it compares prices with competitors and shows the current lowest price for a given product.


Invoices for Fees/Commissions

Invoices from Kaufland can be downloaded under Accounting - Invoices for the entire previous month and include commissions and the account management fee.

Uploading Invoices for Customers

Invoices are uploaded directly in the Kaufland interface for individual orders.
