💡 For Alza, all prices must be sent without VAT. If your products have a uniform VAT rate, you can use a coefficient adjustment. This way, you don't need to change the price settings in your feed or Shoptet; EXPANDO APP will automatically deduct the appropriate value from the price.

Example:

You use Shoptet as the product source, and your prices are set including VAT. All products have a uniform VAT of 21%. Therefore, to adjust the price for Alza, you can use a coefficient.

To ensure the calculation is correct, you need to enter the coefficient *0.8264 in EXPANDO APP. You will then see the changes directly in the "Products" tab and subsequently on Alza. The source of your products will not be affected by entering the coefficient.

If you need to decrease or increase prices by a certain percentage or coefficient, go to "Sales Channels" and select the marketplace where you want to change the price. Then click on the "wrench" icon and set the adjustment according to your needs.

To increase prices by 20%, apply * "multiply by 1.2"

To decrease prices by 20%, apply * "multiply by 0.8"

⚠️ The prices will be recalculated from the product source—either from the feed or Shoptet.
