I don't have sales prices without VAT for Alza in my source

Products

I want to change the price for individual products?

You can change the price product by product, in bulk using a CSV file, or by applying a coefficient.

I want to upload or edit products using a spreadsheet/CSV?

Products can be imported or updated in bulk using a CSV file.


Order Errors

"Maximum number of required packages exceeded."

Solution: You need to generate only one shipping label for this order.

"Requires manual confirmation."

Solution: This error occurs if the order is marked as shipped in Shoptet without generating the shipping labels first. Ensure that labels are generated in the EXPANDO APP before confirming the shipment.

"Maximum package weight exceeded."

Solution: The shipment is too heavy for one package. You need to split the order into multiple packages and generate labels accordingly.

"Items are canceled."

Solution: This error typically indicates that the entire order has been canceled. Contact Alza directly for assistance in resolving the issue.
