💡 Amazon's Service Provider Network (SPN) is an important part of the infrastructure of Amazon's vast ecosystem of networks and services. It is a service through which we are able to log in to any client from a single login. With this network infrastructure, we can be more efficient.

In order to resolve the suspension of your account, we will first need to gain access to it. Here is the step-by-step guide how you can add us and grant us with the necessary permissions:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account

  2. Click on the gear icon at the top of the screen, labeled as Settings.

  3. In the "Settings" menu, select "User Permissions.“

  4. On the "User Permissions" page, locate the "Global User Permissions" section in the top left corner. Click on this section.

  5. On this page, choose the option "Authorized Partner Permissions.“

    • By clicking on "Add Authorized Partner," you will generate a link that you need to send us by email

    • After receiving the partnership link, we will approve it from our end. Once we have confirmed this, we will contact you by email and ask you to set up the appropriate permissions for us. (Please note that this may take some time)

  6. Upon receiving our partnership confirmation, you can set the permissions. Go back to the "Global User Permissions" section, select "Authorized Partner Permissions," and you will see us listed as a partner. Click on "Manage Rights.”

    • Select ADMIN or the maximum possible value (View & Edit/View Only/None) in each field. Don't worry, with this access we can't change or delete any products and we can't access your payment information, manage returns, refunds or change your bank account. This can only be done from the primary login.

    • Make sure you have SAVED the changes

    • Once you have saved your settings, let us know. We will then be able to take care of your account.

Thank you for your cooperation 🙂
