Learn how to correctly configure the EXPANDO APP for integration with Alza Trade

In the Settings section 👉 General 👉 Alza, you can configure the EXPANDO APP as needed.


⚠️ The settings displayed depend on whether you use Shoptet as your source or another feed.


Navigation:


1. Settings with Shoptet source


a) Import orders, prices, and inventory

This toggle enables or disables the overall import of orders, prices, and product inventories into Shoptet. If this option is turned off, no orders will be imported into Shoptet.

All orders, their statuses, prices, and inventory will be directly synchronized with Alza.


b) Select the Order Status for Import into Shoptet

If this feature is enabled, orders will be imported under the selected status. If it is disabled, orders will be imported based on their current status, such as "unprocessed" into "unprocessed."


c) Select the Order Status for Automatic Confirmation from Shoptet

When this feature is enabled, orders that reach the selected status in Shoptet will be marked as "shipped" on Alza.


d) Import Orders and Do Not Automatically Adjust Their Status

Imported orders will not have their status automatically changed. To enable the "order import" feature, you must first select the shipping type below, under which orders will be imported.


e) Do Not Import Orders but Reduce Inventory Levels

If this feature is enabled, orders will not be imported into Shoptet and will remain only in our app. However, the inventory levels for these products will be reduced to reflect the actual stock, ensuring that customers on Alza do not purchase a product that is out of stock on the e-shop.


f) Mapping Alza-Shoptet Shipping Methods

To import orders into Shoptet, you need to select a default shipping method.

ℹ️ If you do not want to use the default shipping method for certain carriers, you can select a specific carrier and map it to a corresponding shipping method in Shoptet.

This option is particularly useful for distinguishing between different shipping methods in Shoptet and when you have selected the "DSM" shipping mode on Alza, where you, as the supplier, have a direct data connection to the carrier.


Email Notification for New Orders

When this feature is enabled, you will receive email updates every 10 minutes with information about new orders from this sales channel.

💡 Shoptet - Blocking Alza Order Notifications to Customers:

For Alza orders, notifications from your Shoptet (e-shop) are not desired, as communication is handled directly by Alza. This includes notifications such as: "We are preparing your order," "Your order has been dispatched," or "Your order has been handed over to the carrier."

You can resolve this situation in the following way 👇

  1. Create new order statuses for Alza in Shoptet.

  2. Disable sending email notifications about order statuses for these specific statuses.

When this feature is enabled, you will receive email updates every 10 minutes with information about new orders from this sales channel.

✅ These changes can be made after logging into the app under the Settings tab 👉 General 👉 Alza.
