🔎 Manual Listing by EAN
Updated over a week ago

1. Using the Lookup Function

The lookup product function is used in cases of incorrect matching (e.g., you sell shoes, but based on the EAN code, it matches with a helmet, so the customer orders a helmet and receives shoes) or when the product already exists on Amazon under a different EAN code (e.g., you sell shoes under a different EAN code than the primary seller, and the EAN you are selling under does not exist).

  1. In the EXPANDO APP, click on Products on the left. Select the Marketplace (e.g., DE) and search for the product you want to modify at the top. You will see a magnifying glass icon next to the ASIN, which you can click on.

  2. A new window will open, where you can select the displayed product that matches yours and click on "Match."

2. Using ASIN Lookup

In this method, you search for the products directly on Amazon's website.

  1. In Products, choose the marketplace where you want to pair the product and search for the product missing an ASIN.

  2. Try to find the product directly on Amazon (e.g., Amazon.de). You can search by brand, name, or product variant. Sometimes it is challenging to locate the product. Verify it is the correct item by checking the name, dimensions, etc. Then, scroll down to the table and copy the ASIN.

  3. Return to the EXPANDO APP (Products section) and click on the product name to open the editing window. Here, you can manually enter the ASIN.
