Updated over a week ago

Our app synchronizes prices and stock levels from your data source to all active Marketplaces. You can pause this synchronization for multiple products at once using the following method.

⚠️ This feature in EXPANDO APP is applicable only to Amazon and Kaufland marketplaces.

1. BLOCKING AND UNBLOCKING PRODUCT SYNCHRONIZATION

1. In the menu, navigate to the "Products" section.

2. A list of products will appear, and in the top right corner, you'll find a button labeled "Block / Unblock Products" Click on it.

3. In the window that appears, paste the list of SKUs for the products you want to disable.

4. Choose whether you want to Block or Unblock product synchronization.

5. Select the Marketplace for which you want to block product synchronization.

6. Done!

7. To verify, you can try to find the product you wanted to disable—there should be a yellow button indicating a "pause."

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISABLING A PRODUCT ON AMAZON
