📦 Case-packed products - how to send

If boxes contain identical items with the same SKU in the same condition, they can be shipped as case-packed products.

Criteria to meet:

  • All products in the box must have the same SKU and condition.

  • All boxes with the same product must contain the same quantity of that product per box (e.g., a box of 24 units must always contain 24 units).

  • Boxes can contain a maximum of 150 products.


How to Ship Case-Packed Products

I. "Send/Replenish Inventory"

Shipping plan → Create a new shipping plan

Marketplace destination → Germany

Item Pkg. Type: Case-Packed Items.

"Continue to shipping plan"


II. Set Quantity

To ship a product as a case, use the "Add Products" feature in Seller Central. Enter the number of units per case and the number of cases being shipped.

III. Prepare Products

Prep guidance: No Prep Needed

Who prepares? Seller

"Continue"


IV. Label Products

"Continue"


V. Review Shipments

"Rename" - Prefix_datum (e.g. RFT_28.01.21)

Shipment name: Prefix_datum (e.g. RFT_28.01.21)

"Approve shipment"


VI. View Shipments

"Work on Shipment"


VII. Prepare Shipment

2. Delivery service → Delivery method → Small parcel delivery (SPD) → Carrier → Other carriers: Other

3. Shipment packing How will this shipment be packed? → "Multiple boxes"

Units per box configuration - number of units per box

Number of boxes - number of boxes

Enter weight and dimensions

"Confirm"

4. Delivery labels Print Box Labels - send customer

"Complete Shipment"


VIII. Summary

  1. Shipment status - Mark as shipped - (mark the shipment as sent)

  2. Enter tracking number - will get it from the client (can be added it later)

  3. Klientovi zasílám: ID name of shipment, Amazon Reference (available within approximately 15 minutes), Adresu (Ship to)

  4. "Save All"
