📄 Product listing

Products on Amazon are categorized into two types. The article explains these types and provides guidance on how to manage them.

Already Listed Products

  • These are products that have already been uploaded to Amazon using barcodes (EANs).

💬 Typical Example: E-commerce Shop

I sell a wide range of products from various brands. I have these products in stock and deliver them quickly to customers. For my products, I use official EAN codes provided by the manufacturers.

If you are an e-commerce shop or want to learn more about listing products that are already on Amazon, you can find more information here:

What data do we need for listing?

✅ The sooner you provide us with product data, the sooner we can start selling on Amazon.

Our preferred product input format is .CSV, following the attached template named "product feeder." Using this template speeds up the process and minimizes errors when registering products on Amazon.

📝 Product Editing

We can also process data in XML format, typically used by Heureka. However, this format might not include all necessary data. If you have a "Heureka availability feed" or "warehouse availability feed," please send it to us as well. To use these feeds, the product ID on Heureka must match the SKU in the feed for Amazon.

Price Requirements:

We prefer the final price to include:

  • Amazon's commission

  • Shipping/packaging costs

If price adjustments are needed before importing to marketplaces, please specify the modifications, such as:

  • Percentage price increase

  • Discounts (e.g., free shipping over €80)

  • Price adjustments by category (e.g., discounts on seasonal products)

Products Not Yet Listed

These products are not yet uploaded on Amazon.

💬 Typical Example: Manufacturer with Own Products
I am a manufacturer or distributor of a brand that is not yet listed in Amazon's catalog. We can set up product marketing, obtain reviews, and ensure sales for these products.

If your products are not yet listed on Amazon, you will need to create listings in the appropriate language.

If you cannot find your product on Amazon, you can list it yourself. However, in a crowded category, additional effort is required to achieve sales. The benefit is that you can set your price and be the sole seller.
