Deducting Inventory for Orders in "Pending" Status
When an order is received that is in the "Pending" status and awaits final confirmation or customer payment, we cannot transfer it to Shoptet because the order lacks the necessary details. However, we still reduce the inventory in Shoptet by the ordered quantity, even though the order is not transferred to Shoptet. If the order is not confirmed and gets canceled, the quantity is added back to the inventory.
Using XML Feed
ℹ️ We take prices and inventory information from the customer's XML feed and synchronize these details to the respective marketplace.
