If you have any unconfirmed orders, they will appear as follows:
Click on the "Unshipped" tab.
Select the order you want to confirm.
Click on "Confirm Shipment" ➡️ the order is confirmed.
How to Confirm an Amazon Order in the EXPANDO APP?
ℹ️ The EXPANDO APP allows you to manage all your orders in one place, including the ability to ship and filter them.
You can confirm an order on the marketplace directly from the app by using the "Confirm Shipment" button. This sends the information to the respective marketplace.
Clients with integrated API can confirm these orders directly in their e-shop, and this information will then be transferred to the EXPANDO APP and the marketplace. API Specification.
