In the Settings section 👉 General 👉 MALL, you can configure the EXPANDO APP according to your needs. This setting applies only if Shoptet is the source of your products.

⚠️ The settings are displayed depending on whether you are using Shoptet or another feed as the source.


Settings with Shoptet as the Source

Synchronization

Synchronize Prices

If this function is enabled, we will update the MALL prices based on the e-shop prices. If it is disabled, the prices will not be updated.

Synchronize Stock

If this function is enabled, we will update the stock levels on MALL, meaning that if there are, for example, 10 items in stock in the e-shop, we will reflect this as 10 items on MALL as well. Some clients have this function disabled. They manually adjust stock levels through the app, setting a fixed amount for certain products, such as 10 items, which then becomes locked, and we will not synchronize this value from the feed.

I want to send the order status "shipping" to MALL

If this function is enabled, orders that reach the selected status in Shoptet will be marked as "shipping" on MALL.

I want to send the order status "shipped" to MALL

If this function is enabled, orders that reach the selected status in Shoptet will be marked as "shipped" on MALL, including the transfer of the tracking number.

I want to send the order status "delivered" to MALL

If this function is enabled, orders that reach the selected status in Shoptet will be marked as "delivered" on MALL. This function works both ways—if you set the status to "delivered" in MALL, it will be transferred to your Shoptet account.


Import Orders into Shoptet

Import orders, prices, and stock

To enable order importing, you must first select a shipping method below, under which the orders will be imported.

Select order status for import into Shoptet

If this function is enabled, orders will be imported under any status. If disabled, orders will be imported according to the current order status, e.g., unprocessed orders will be imported as unprocessed.

Import orders and do not automatically adjust their status

If you want to have the option to change order statuses in Shoptet and have the change reflected back to MALL, you must enable this function.

Do not import orders, but reduce stock levels

If this function is enabled, orders will not be imported into Shoptet; they will remain only in our application, but stock levels for these products will be reduced so that the actual stock matches. This way, customers on MALL won't be able to purchase a product that is out of stock in the e-shop.


Mapping MALL-Shoptet Shipping Methods

All orders will be imported into Shoptet using the selected shipping method.


Mapping MALL-Shoptet Payment Methods

On the left side, you will see your payment methods from the e-shop, and on the right side, the payment methods from your MALL Partner account. The rows will increase according to the number of shipping methods in MALL, and all rows must be filled out.

In the EXPANDO APP, the order will appear as "pending," meaning it is waiting for payment. Once the payment is completed, the order will be transferred to Shoptet.



Settings with Custom Source

Synchronize Prices

If this function is enabled, we update the e-shop prices on MALL. If it is disabled, we do not update the prices.

Synchronize Stock

If this function is enabled, we update the stock levels on MALL. For example, if there are 10 items in stock on the e-shop, we will reflect this as 10 items on MALL as well.

Some clients have this function disabled. They manually adjust the stock levels through the app. For instance, some products may be set to a fixed 10 items, and this value is locked, so it will not be synchronized from the feed.
