Commission is charged on VAT-inclusive prices, including shipping.
The commission is typically 15%, with some exceptions (see link for details).
If the customer chooses to pay in 4 installments (which is handled by Cdiscount), the seller also pays a "Payment facilities fee" of up to 1% of the order value.
❗ Cdiscount does NOT refund the commission if the order is marked as "accepted." To avoid this, it's important to uncheck "Automatic validate orders" in Settings - Your store settings.
If unchecked, each order will first wait for "accept." We have 48 hours to accept the order.
