Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Delivery, Transportation Damages

The relevant delivery area and shipping costs are specified on the offer pages.

Goods offered by the seller are always shipped to the customer. The customer is entitled to pick up the purchased goods from the seller or a designated supplier only if this is explicitly stated on the offer page.

In the event of the ordered goods being unavailable, the seller reserves the right not to deliver the goods. In such a case, we will promptly inform the customer and immediately refund any payments received.

If the customer notices any obvious defects in the packaging or goods upon delivery, they should inform the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods and, if possible, provide photographs of the relevant damage. The customer should obtain written confirmation from the carrier of any obvious, outwardly visible damage to the shipment at the time of delivery. The customer's statutory rights are not limited by this.

When paying for products, the customer can choose from the payment options listed on the marketplace or from the payment methods offered by the financing services Klarna or Consors Finanz.

The available payment methods include, in particular, advance payment, PayPal, and credit card.
