⚙️ To connect the EXPANDO APP and Cdiscount, you will need:

  • Seller ID

  • Submit a case requesting permission for the connection

Seller ID

  1. Log in to the Sellerportal

  2. At the top, open "Settings," where you'll see a red box with the Seller ID (6 digits)


Case

  1. On the main page of the Sellerportal, open the "Help Center" section and at the bottom select "Join the support center"

  2. Switch the whole page to English using the option in the top corner

  3. Select "Contact us"

  4. Choose Case type - "API", Sub-type: "API REST Access"

  5. Click on "New case"

  6. Fill in the Subject - I want to allow EXPANDO to access my REST API

  7. Fill in the text

Text: Dear Cdiscount, I want to use REST API and I need you to grant API access to EXPANDO (client_ID: "EXPANDO global s.r.o.") registered with email address dev@expan.do. This user should have access to:

  • Order Management API

  • Product Management API

ℹ️ Cdiscount usually responds the next day that the connection has been granted.
