To connect Shoptet with Kaufland.de, you need to generate unique API keys - a Client Key and a Secret Key, which are available after account verification.

Instructions for finding the keys:

If you are under the management of EXPANDO

❗ It is crucial not to generate new API keys but to use the existing ones.

If you are not under the management of EXPANDO

  1. Log in to your account in the Kaufland Seller Portal.

  2. Select "Shop Settings" and then "API".

Copy the keys. Once copied, they are no longer accessible, and if you need to use them again, they must be regenerated.

Where to Enter API Keys in Shoptet?

In the Shoptet administration panel, go to Add-ons Manager > click on Settings for Kaufland EXPANDO, and fill in the appropriate API keys.

Setting Up Order Statuses, Shipping, and Payment

In the Shoptet administration panel, go to Add-ons Manager > click on Settings for Kaufland EXPANDO and navigate to the **Kaufland.de/.cz/.sk** tab.

In the Order Status Mapping section, please specify how the statuses should be synchronized between Shoptet and Kaufland.de.

In the left column, you will see the statuses used by Kaufland: **Pending, Not Dispatched, Dispatched, Delivered, Returned, Cancelled**. In this section, select which of your order statuses in Shoptet correspond to the order statuses in Kaufland. The order status on Kaufland will change according to the mapped status in Shoptet.

In the Shipping and Payment section, you need to choose which shipping method and payment option will be used to import orders from Kaufland.de into your Shoptet system.

Finally, you need to enable product synchronization if you want to use the same feed as in Shoptet. You also have the option to use the Currency Conversion for the Marketplace. For example, if you are sending Czech prices from Shoptet but need euros for Kaufland.de, you can convert the prices using a coefficient. This conversion can be adjusted at any time and will be applied with the next update.

The final setup may look as follows:
