💡 Handling Alza orders is divided into two types:
Alza Carrier (ASM mode) - Shipping is provided by Alza using DPD or Zásilkovna and is completely free for you. This means that you generate shipping labels in the EXPANDO APP, which are provided by Alza, and schedule a pickup in the case of DPD, or deliver the package to a Zásilkovna branch.
Alza Carrier with with custom data communication (DSM mode) - Alza provides you with a numbering sequence to connect to the carrier. You are responsible for the entire data communication with the carrier, printing shipping labels, and scheduling pickups. The tracking number and carrier must then be entered into the EXPANDO APP.
You can find more information about both shipping modes directly on the Alza Trade website.
🚚 Shipping Orders in the EXPANDO APP
If you select the Alza Carrier mode, you ship orders using the EXPANDO APP. In the APP, you print the shipping label, BCX barcode (for branch orders), the pickup sheet, and also confirm the shipment.
Order Statuses
We will explain the different order statuses you will encounter.
Status: Pending
Orders in this status are waiting for customer confirmation or payment and cannot be processed at the moment. An order can remain in the "pending" status for several days. Once confirmed, the details will update, and the order can be further processed.
ℹ️ It will also be imported to your Shoptet if applicable.
Status: Unshipped
The "Unshipped" status is for an order that has already been confirmed (paid), meaning it is now possible to proceed with creating a label.
Status: Cancelled
The "Cancelled" status is for an order that has been canceled by you. You may cancel an order if, for example, you find that you only have a damaged item left in stock or none at all, and therefore cannot ship the order. Clicking on the three dots will show you a trash icon, which allows you to cancel the order.
Status: Cancelled After Shipping
This status applies to an order that was first shipped and then returned to you. An order that you shipped to the customer can be returned if the customer does not accept it (refuses or is not available).
Status: Shipped
The "Shipped" status applies to an order where the shipment has been confirmed.
📦 Order Processing (Alza Carrier mode)
The first step is to generate the shipping label by clicking the "create label" button in the order row. A window will then open to generate the label (labels are generated in PDF format).
Here, you enter the package's weight and check the preset number of items in the package. If necessary, you can split the order into multiple packages by dragging the item or using the "split order" icon at the end of the product row. The order will then be shipped in multiple packages, and a shipping label will be generated for each of them. More than one label can also be generated for orders containing only one product if its packaging consists of multiple packages.
After successfully generating the label, the "create label" button will change to a label icon, indicating that the label is ready for download.
If, after generating the labels, you need to modify, delete, or generate more labels, it is possible to cancel the label and generate it again.
Attention! Once you confirm the order's shipment, you can no longer generate additional labels or modify the existing ones.
The final step is to confirm the order's shipment. You do this by clicking the "Confirm Dispatch" button.
You can perform this action immediately after generating the label if you are shipping on the same day as the confirmed order was received, but at the latest, it must always be done before the set carrier arrival/pickup time. After confirming the shipment, the order status will change to "Shipped".
After confirming the shipment of all packages for the day, you can generate the pickup sheet for handing over the parcels to the carrier. At the top of the page, click "Download Pickup lists".
💡 Always perform this action once you have all the packages ready and before the carrier's arrival.
