Order Statuses

Blocked

  • The order has been created by the customer.

  • It is pending payment or final confirmation from the customer, so no action can be taken yet.

  • For cash on delivery, it will be opened within 10 minutes.

  • For advance payment, it will only be opened after payment has been received – the customer has up to 14 days to pay (depending on the chosen payment method).

  • If the payment is not made, the order will be automatically canceled.

Open

  • The order has been paid and can now be processed. It is advisable to start working on the order in this state.

  • The order cannot be modified – the quantity, type of product, or price cannot be changed.

Shipping

  • Packing and shipping – preparation for handing over to the carrier.

  • This is the last step in which the order can be canceled from your side.

Shipped

  • The order has been handed over to the carrier.

  • After setting this status, the order cannot be canceled; only the "returned" status can be applied.

Delivered

  • The order has been successfully delivered to the customer (or picked up at a collection point).

Delivere AT

  • The actual date the order was delivered to the customer (the day of pickup).

  • After setting this status, no other status can be applied.

Returned

  • The status where the customer did not pick up the order, and it is on its way back to you.

  • Important: The RETURNED status is not for orders where the customer withdraws from the purchase agreement within the legal timeframe.

Canceled

  • This status can only be set before the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

  • You can set notifications in the notification center for when an order is canceled by the customer.


Label Printing

If you are using your own shipping method, you handle the order like any standard e-shop order and process it with your own carrier.

If you are using MALL shipping, you print the label in the MALL PARTNER interface.
