Redirecting Amazon Communication to EXPANDO

To effectively manage your Amazon account, it is crucial to redirect all Amazon-related communication from your primary email to us. Amazon often sends important messages about sales and accounts in various languages, and at EXPANDO, we have established rules to ensure no critical information is overlooked.

While you will still have access to these messages and can monitor them, this setup provides an additional layer of oversight.

Please set up automatic forwarding of all emails from Amazon to our collection address at seller.comunication@gmail.com. (Note: Only forward communication from the following domains: amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.nl, amazon.se, amazon.pl, amazon.com.be, or amazon.es).

How to Set Up Email Forwarding from Gmail to EXPANDO

1. Filter Emails:

  • In Gmail, filter emails by entering from:amazon. in the search bar to view all emails from Amazon domains.

2. Add Forwarding Address:

  • Go to Settings (click the gear icon in the upper-right corner).

  • Click on See all settings.

  • Navigate to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

  • Click on Add a forwarding address.

  • Enter seller.comunication@gmail.com and click Next.

3. Notification:

  • After setting up the forwarding address, please notify us that you have done so. We will ensure that the forwarding request is approved.

4. Create a Filter:

  • Return to the Gmail search bar and type from:amazon. again.

  • Click the filter icon on the right side of the search bar.

  • In the filter options, click on Create filter.

  • Check the box Forward it to and select seller.comunication@gmail.com.

  • Click on Create filter.

💡 Alternatively you can also give us temporary access to your email account, and we will configure the forwarding rules according to your needs.

What If I Can't Set Up Rules or Forward Emails

Most web-based email interfaces support email forwarding. Contact your web hosting administrator to see if this option is available.

If forwarding isn't possible, please provide the POP3 details for your email account. This will allow us to download the emails ourselves.

In extreme cases, contact us, and we can attempt to change the primary email address on Amazon, such as switching it to a Google email account.

Attention! Do Not Forward Emails Manually!
Please do not forward emails manually with "FWD:" in the subject line. Our system relies on automatic rules, and manually forwarded emails will be ignored. The sender must be an @amazon. domain for the system to recognize and process the email.

What If My Email Also Receives Other Communications

If you have an email account solely for Amazon communications (set up with our assistance), you can safely forward all communication without concern.

We can filter out non-Amazon messages using automatic rules, which will delete irrelevant emails. However, this is not the preferred approach, as we do not wish to access your internal communications. If possible, it's best to use an email account dedicated exclusively to Amazon correspondence.

Attention! Without this email forwarding setup, we cannot take full responsibility for the health and status of your seller account.
