As an international seller, we do not need to integrate into the eMAG interface. We ship directly to ensure the product reaches the customer as soon as possible.
eMAG sometimes requests the Tracking ID for delayed orders.
Setting Shipping Tax Rules
In the eMAG menu, navigate to ↘️ Logistic - Shipping tax - Add exception rule, where you fill in the required fields. You can choose, for example, a fixed shipping fee, free shipping, or different shipping fees for a specific category or product.
Value - the shipping cost is always entered in the currency of the respective country.
Threshold - displays the minimum order value for which the customer can get free shipping.
The initial and default Shipping tax setup must be performed by the assigned eMAG Admin as part of the review before account activation.
Carrier Integration
Even if you have a contract with, for example, DPD Czech Republic, you cannot integrate it because you do not have a contract with a Romanian or Hungarian carrier.
Additional information
⚠️ WARNING! If you're looking for where to enter postal code (PSČ) or the customer's email, read below 👇🏻
Postal Code (PSČ)
This parameter is not provided by eMAG, as Romania does not use it. Filling in this field should be acceptable with the carrier without this information.
No direct contact information for the customer is provided. eMAG acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer, meaning you never communicate directly with the buyer. Only if the shipment is delayed will eMAG request the tracking information.
