❓ For eMAG, we offer order import and easy management directly from the EXPANDO APP administration. You can manage orders and add tracking information easily from the APP. We then transfer the order statuses along with the details to the eMAG administration. Additionally, we offer customer support services for eMAG. Please note that eMAG only supports numeric SKU codes, not letters or combinations—our APP handles this issue as well.

This Romanian powerhouse is on the rise, investing heavily in a well-functioning marketplace system that includes around 20,000 e-shops, with that number steadily growing. Approximately 30 billion CZK worth of goods are sold annually through eMAG, with about 500,000 customers shopping on the platform daily.

  • Fees range from 14-24% depending on the category.

  • Payment for goods is made online via card or cash on delivery.

  • eMAG sends payments in EUR, every 14 days.

  • They also offer their own fulfillment service: Fulfillment by eMAG (FBE).


What is needed to start selling?

  1. Create an account on eMAG

  2. International bank account (different options for each country):

    • Romania: Bank account in EUR or RON currency; Revolut Business can also be used.

    • Hungary: Bank account in EUR or HUF currency; Revolut Business can also be used.

    • Bulgaria: Bank account in BGN currency.

  3. Extract from the commercial register

  4. Photograph/scan of the company owner's ID card (both sides)

  5. Completed document (company name, bank account, contact information, etc.)

  6. Bank account statement (not older than 3 months)

  7. Subsequent payment from the bank account to eMAG (send confirmation of this payment)
