Overview of settings in the EXPANDO APP for Kaufland

Updated over a week ago

Synchronization settings

  1. For synchronization to work, it is important to have the channel enabled in the "Marketplaces" section.

  2. Once the channel is enabled, you can turn on synchronization in the "Settings" → "General" section.

Coefficients

ℹ️ Coefficients are used for recalculating prices, meaning that if you have prices in CZK in the feed, you can use the coefficient in the APP to convert them to EUR and vice versa.

  1. In the left panel, click on "Marketplaces" scroll down, and click on "Show Markets."

  2. Here, you can see how the coefficients are set for individual Kaufland channels.

  3. If you want to adjust them, click on "Set Selling Prices" and configure the formula as needed.

  4. After making adjustments, confirm by clicking the orange "Continue" button.

Minimum Prices

ℹ️ The minimum price helps you get into the buybox while also being the lowest amount you're willing to sell the product for.

  1. To set the minimum price, go to the left panel, click on "Settings," and then navigate to "General."

  2. Next, click into the Kaufland section.

  3. Here, you will see all Kaufland channels (DE, CZ, SK, AT, PL).

  4. You can enable the minimum price setting by using the slider next to each channel.

  5. As the final step, set the lower limit as a percentage.

💡 *Example:* If you're selling a product for €100 and set the percentage to 10%, it means you're willing to sell the product for 10% less, which in this case would be €90.

Blocking

ℹ️ With product blocking in the APP, you can block any SKU that you don't want to sell or that is incorrectly matched.

  1. In the left panel, click on "Products" and then "All Products."

  2. In the top right corner, click on "Block/Unblock Products," and a window will open.

  3. Enter the SKU you want to block into the window.

  4. Select the marketplace where you want to block the product.

  5. Confirm by clicking the orange button at the bottom right.

Price Locking

  1. In the left panel, click on "Products" and then "All Products."

  2. Select the market (in this case, Kaufland).

  3. Choose the product for which you want to lock the price.

  4. In the "Sales Price" field, enter the value you want to lock.

  5. Save the changes by clicking the orange button at the bottom right.

  6. A lock icon should now appear next to the product, indicating that the price is locked to your chosen value and won't be taken from the feed.
