For certain products, a serial number is required. You now have the option to easily provide the serial number to Alza directly through EXPANDO APP when confirming an order. How to do it?

Generate labels for the order as usual, and if the ordered product requires a serial number, a window will open when confirming the shipment. In this window, you can enter the serial number for each product that requires it.

Click on "Shipment Confirmation," and a table will open where you can enter the tracking number as usual, along with an added option to input serial numbers for the products.
