If you no longer use our MALL EXPANDO add-on and want to disconnect it, proceed as follows or contact us at help@expan.do and we will assist you.

☝🏼If you are using Shoptet, please remember to uninstall the Shoptet add-on in the Shoptet administration > Connections > Add-on Manager > Uninstall Add-on.

If you do not correctly disconnect MALL in the sales channels section, the connection will remain active and new orders will continue to flow into the EXP APP. In such cases, we will also continue to invoice our services for processing these orders.

If you want to make sure you have disconnected correctly, contact us via chat or at help@expan.do. We will gladly check and assist with the disconnection if needed.

1. Select the Marketplaces and in the first white box at step 1, click on "Expand.".

2. In the first white box at step 1, click on "Expand."

3. In the expanded first box, click on the "Delete" button.

For proper disconnection, simply switching to inactive is not sufficient.
