On the left side of the interface, you can quickly select how you're feeling today from five distinct moods: Great, Good, Neutral, Bad, and Awful. On the right, your moods are visually displayed in a calendar format, providing a clear overview of your emotional patterns. Additionally, the template automatically tallies the frequency of each mood type every month, offering valuable insights into your emotional well-being over time. How to Use
1. Copy the template into your personal space.
2. Go to the [DataBase]Mood List and delete all the data.
3. If you want to record new mood data for the month, go to the [DataBase]Mood Statistics and copy a new row there. Do not create a new board directly on the homepage or in the database!
