❗️Refunds to customers are almost exclusively handled through Amazon.

Always select "BUYER CANCELLED" as the reason for the refund.

Typically, you should refund the full amount for the item plus the shipping costs. In cases where the customer is entitled to a reimbursement for return shipping, this shipping cost should also be refunded.

If the customer returns damaged goods, you have the right to refund them a lesser amount, but Amazon states that it should be no more than 10% less.
